BANGKOK, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- The 29th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, on Nov. 18-19. Thailand has made careful preparation and lavish decoration for the big event.
