

On September 10, the Changsha Public Security Bureau launched instant alarm system on WeChat. Through it, citizens can give an instant alarm. It can identify the reporter’s address, and follow up the whole process of policemen sending and case dealing. The efficiency of alarm processing will be improved. On the same day, the Changsha Public Security Bureau held a press conference to report the launch of the alarm system. Che Lihua, deputy secretary and executive deputy director of the CPC Changsha Public Security Bureau Party Committee, and Zhu Fujian, deputy director of the Police Detachment Division of the Hunan Provincial Public Security Department attended.
