

On the morning of September 11, Gumi Mayor Jang Se-yong and his entourage visited the physical bookstore, reading room for the visually impaired, electronic reading room and foreign language reading room in Changsha Library. After that, a ceremony for the establishment of a friendly-library relationship between the libraries of both cities was held in the Library.
Deputy Secretary-General of the Changsha Municipal People's Government Lu Xingying delivered a speech at the ceremony. He said that a series of cultural exchange activities are planned to carry out to fully demonstrate the economic development and cultural prosperity of the two cities. It will further promote cultural exchanges between China and South Korea, and deepen the friendship between the two peoples.
After the ceremony, both sides officially signed the "Agreement on the Establishment of Friendly-Library Ties between Changsha City and Gumi City" and carried out a book exchange event.
