Xiangyang released guidelines on 20 polite behaviors on June 12, which set norms of conduct for Xiangyang citizens to follow and reflect on in their daily lives.

Besides that, surveys on “the most repelling impolite behavior” have been conducted via media, WeChat platforms and questionnaires by Publicity Department of the CPC Xiangyang Municipal Committee and the Municipal Civilization Office from April 24 to May 10.
