When I was a child, I liked to eat bittern dish very much, whether it was hot or cold. For the hot bittern dish, the seasoning marinade is the most important; if we add some chili or garlic, it will taste even better. The cold bittern dish is convenient: you can take the bittern chicken claw or duck neck away with you and eat it any time. That is too terrific.
