Upon deliberation, the Xi'an Municipal People's Government has recently decided to adjust the age of settled personnel with bachelor's degrees (including those with equivalent national education degrees and overseas returnees) from no more than 35 years old to no more than 45 years old; and there is no age restriction for personnel with master's degrees or above.
Compared to similar settlement policies offered by Hangzhou, Wuhan and Chengdu, Xi'an's new household registration policies are most favorable in the country whether in education and age, or in needed materials and handling procedures.
