On June 7, Wang Yongkang (2nd L), Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee, visited Xi'an Start-up Cafe Block in Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ), to inspect the improvement and renovation projects in the block.

Building Start-up Cafe Block in XDZ is Wang's proposal. The block has signed contracts with more than 30 cafe brands such as Starbucks, Start-up Cafe and Vvan Cafe, is forming a characteristic start-up block themed start-up cafe, and is expected to become a new landmark for mass innovation & entrepreneurship in Xi'an.
