Chill out, it's time to go home: Dog joins Spring Festival 'motorcycle army' on their way back home

While thousands of migrant workers in China have started their journey back home on motorcycles, one of their travel companions attracted lots of attentions.

Photos taken on January 19 along the expressway in southwest China’s Guangxi show a dog smiling in a basket on motorcycle. The photos immediately went viral on social media for the pleasant look of the dog. The man standing beside the motorcycle is the owner of the dog, who was among the motorcyclists heading home for the Spring Festival family reunion. The dog hitchhiked was seated inside a basket on the vehicle and only had its head sticking out, smiling to everyone passing by.

Each year, more than tens of thousands of migrant workers choose to ride home on motorcycles since it is too difficult to purchase a train ticket during the world's largest travel flow and the cost of ridding motorcycle is much lower.
