Students take classes inside “air dome” as smog continues in north China

Students were seen taking P.E. classes in an air dome in Shijiazhuang, capital of north China’s Hebei Province, on January 4, 2017.

Shijiazhuang has been one of the most plagued cities under the influence of smog. Students were therefore advised to take their sports lessons indoor. This unique, 50-meter-long dome has a ventilation system that helps ensure the air quality inside the air dome, while temperature, humidity, as well as lighting, are all under control.
