A 1.3-meter-tall man from Changde, Hunan province runs a nursing home that accommodates over 300 elderly people. Though life can be difficult for those with physical disabilities, the man, named Chen Nanjiang, says he lives a happy life. The nursing home has organized 120 public welfare activities. In addition, Chen has personally donated more than 10,000 RMB ($1,478) to support three students.
