Bumper cars driven in street

On Oct. 15, two men drove bumper cars down an actual street in Shenyang, Liaoning province. The men even stopped to wait for a green light, just like all the other vehicles in traffic. This scene was documented by a passerby, who later posted photos online. Driving bumper cars in the street is against traffic laws in China.
