A museum-goer transformed his visit to the British Museum to another level of intellectual exercise by testing Snapchat's Face Swap filter to its limit.

Jake Marshall, from Norwich, was in London with his girlfriend for the weekend when they decided to visit the museum, where he saw his opportunity to swap his features with the vast array of pictures and statues on display.

The Face Swap transformed his face on to marble statues, leaving him with the terrifying stone features.

Jake was surprised the pictures worked so well. ‘I guess it shows either how good technology has become, or how good the sculptors' work was,' he said.
