These spectacular images taken by 20-year-old photographer Helgi Gardar Sigurdsson show a moonlit waterfall glowing against a starry night sky in southern Iceland. Peering at the striking sky through a frame of volcanic rock from behind the waterfall, the photos display a unique perspective. In some images the silhouettes of the photographer and his friend are visible, looking up at the dazzling star-studded view before them.
