The Associated Press is reporting the head of Paris police saying all attackers are believed to be dead.

Around 140 people have died after seven coordinated and near-simultaneous attacks rock Paris. Shooting have been reported across the French capital, including at Stade de France during an international football match and in a restaurant. The French President Francois Hollande has declared a state of emergency.
