Remember the "hero pig" that was pulled out of the wreckage after the Wenchuan Earthquake in southwest Sichuan province in 2008? Its offspring piglets have now become pets and were very popular during their time on display at the Shenzhen International Biotech Summit on September 23, 2015.
According to the Global Post, experts successfully cloned the "hero pig" in early 2011.
After their official debut on Wednesday, people are now able to pre-order the piglets which will be priced at 10,000 yuan (or around 1567 US dollars) each.
