Three adjacent residential buildings subsided and leaned on Sunday night, causing the rupture of nearby roads in Ziyuan county, southern China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. No one was injured.

According to local government officials, they have blocked the roads in the area and evacuated the residents.

Reasons for the subsiding are under investigation.

A local resident told reporter that the incident occurred around 9pm when he was watching TV at home. All of sudden, household stuff such as blankets and dishes fell to the ground before he realized anything happened.

Local officials are also considering how to help the residents to get their household stuff out of the leaning building.
