A thief in Jinan, east China’s Shandong province attempted to steal something valuable in a BMW car. Surprisingly he negligently locked himself in the car. Unable to get out of the hot and stuffy car, the thief had to call the car owner for help. The owner then called the police. When the police got him out, the thief was dehydrated.
