
Located in Xichang, Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture in southwest China's Sichuan province, the Daliangshan southern red agate market is the largest one in China. Covering an area of nearly 10,000 square meters, the market consists of original stone trading zone, processing zone, and products exhibition and trading zone. Since its opening in September 2013, the market has attracted lots of customers from many places in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, Guangdong and Guangxi. The southern red agate is named after its place of origin. It is sought after by collectors and enthusiasts for its good color and low volume.
