"When I saw a Japanese back then, I had no fear at all," says Chen Shen, 93.
Chen Shen is the third son of General Chen Quan. His older brother Chen Jiuzhong lost his life in Zhongtiaoshan. In 1941 he joined the Huangpu Military Academy; three years later, he was injured in a battle against the Japanese.
