Recently, the 36th county service center of Alibaba’s “Rural taobao” officially settled in Mingshui county of Suihua, Heilongjiang province. The county is one of the key counties for poverty alleviation and development in the southern destitute area of Da Hinggan Mountains. It was once the lowest-ranking county in terms of economic competitiveness in the province. Mingshui county hopes to stimulate the vitality of agricultural development, solve problems with the thinking of “Internet plus”, so as to eradicate poverty.
