

During its voyage round the world, the Chinese naval oceanographic research ship Zhu Kezhen arrived in the Port of Salvador, Brazil, on May 17, local time to start its 5-day goodwill visit to Salvador, said the official micro blog of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLAN). The oceanographic research ship Zhu Kezhen is the first Chinese naval ship to pay a port call to Salvador, Brazil. It is also the first time for the East China Sea Fleet of the PLAN to conduct the single-ship global voyage training.
