To mark the second anniversary of the Lushan Earthquake, a salvation ceremony was held at Shita Temple (literally stone pagoda temple) in Qionglai city of southwest China's Sichuan province on April 20, 2015. Master Duzhu, the abbot of Leiyin Temple in Tiantai Mountain, lead the salvation ceremony. Thousands of local people lit 70,000 candles to pray for the victims around the pagoda.
