Xuanwo Town is located at south foot of the Phoenix Mountain. Xuanwo Town has trapezoidal terrain which sequentially rises along both banks of the Han River. There are valleys, low mountains and middle sized mountain in town. Built in the Qing Dynasty, the terraces cover more than 10,000 mu (666.67 hectares) area of beautiful ecological environment. The Fengyan terraces featuring mountains, water, land, houses, villages, temples and farmers are particularly worth visiting.
Highlights: Fengyan Terraces extend dozens of kilometers with local residences scattered in them. Hidden in Bashan Mountains, it is famous for idyllic scenery.
