Baked noodles have great reputation in Liquan. It is so popular that everyone know it and has taste of it in Liquan. It is sadi that baked noodles dated back to early Shang Dynasty and selected as military meals by Zhouwuwang. This kind of noodles was the Chinese first instant noodles.
