| Lin Dan has completed the "Super Grand Slam" after winning all the major titles in the badminton world. Xie Xingfang ranked world No. 1 in 2005 and won the gold medal at the 2006 World Women's Badminton Championship and defended her title in 2007. Lin and Xie maintained a relationship for nine years before they got married in Guangzhou, South China's Guangdong province on Dec. 13, 2010.
