BEIJING, Jan. 16 -- China's Ministry of Education requires universities under its direct administration to carefully examine all the construction projects to clear up hidden dangers following a fatal campus construction site accident.
A scaffold collapse killed ten workers and injured another four on Dec. 29, 2014 in a construction site at Tsinghua High School, a school attached to China's famous Tsinghua University.
The ministry asked universities to evaluate risks and take effective technological and administrative measures to rule out hidden dangers.
There are 75 universities under direct administration of the Ministry of Education.
