AirlineRatings.com, a famous airline rating website, released its list of the world’s top 10 safest airlines for 2015 last Tuesday.
The list was made on the basis of the 449 airlines that the website monitors. A number of different factors were considered for the rating, including audits from aviation governing bodies and lead associations, as well as government audits and the fatality records of the airlines.
Australian airline Qantas was named the best airline in the world based on its safety rating and in-flight products rating. The nine airlines that follow Qantas are Air New Zealand, Cathay Pacific Airways, British Airways, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Eva Air, Finnair, Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines.
