China CPC Central Committee Sends Telegram of Congratulations on Vietnamese CP's 70th Birthday

The CPC Central Committee today sends a cable to the Vietnamese Communist Party Central Committee, warmly congratulating the Vietnamese Communist Party on the 70th anniversary of its founding.

The telegram says that over the past 70 years, the Vietnamese people, under the leadership of the Vietnamese Communist Party, have accomplished national liberation and the reunification of the fatherland, and have scored remarkable achievements in socialist construction, particularly in the cause of reformation. The telegram expresses the wish that the Vietnamese people, under the leadership of the Vietnamese Communist Party Central Committee headed by General Secretary Le Kha Phieu, will gain new, still greater successes in the cause of socialist construction and reformation.

The telegram of congratulations says, "we are willing to join efforts with the Vietnamese Communist Party and the Vietnamese government to raise the all-round, friendly relations of cooperation between the two Parties and two countries to a new level."
