Education 30% Fail First Medical License Test

According to the Ministry of Health, of the 300,000 students who took the first nationwide medical license test, 30% did not pass. If these students who failed to pass want to be registered as qualified doctors, they must pass when they retake the test this year.

Zhang Wenkang, Minister of Health said that from now on, graduates of medical school must pass this medical license test. Those who do not pass should not practice medicine. One of the most important tasks of the Ministry of Public Health this year will be to crackdown on illegal barefoot doctors.
