Sci-Tech Companies Filing for IPO Must Make Information Available Online

According to requests by China's securities commission regulatory agency, starting this year, China's 1000-plus companies who file for an IPO must publish annual reports, mid-annual reports and all other important information to investors on the Internet.

The information must be published on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website, Shenzhen Stock Exchange website and China Securities Regulatory Commission website
