Sci-Tech New Site of Zongguancun Startup Park Opens for Overseas Chinese

Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park has provided Chinese who have studied abroad with an excellent environment to come back to China and startup their own companies with the recent opening of new site of the "Study Abroad Personnel Haidian Startup Park."

This project was the first large-scale high tech enterprise incubation project to be approved by the State Council. It has already been up and running for several years and expanded beyond its original size. The park now covers 220,000 square meters, which is capable of housing 70 "incubation units" and 60 to 70 "incubation enterprises."

Aside from enjoying the benefits of the policy favoring high tech enterprises, enterprises located in the park also pay reduced rent rates.
