Education China's Navy Sets up Base for Postgraduates

A practice base for postgraduate students of China's navy has been set up in the East China Sea Fleet in Hangzhou.

Founded recently by the Naval Command Academy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) and the East China Sea Fleet of PLA 's navy, the base will train talented naval officers.

The Academy will send its postgraduate students to the base on a regularly basis for the study of a wide range of tasks including navy strategy, tactics, operation command, weaponry and equipment as well as logistics technology under the guidance of senior commanders of the Fleet.
