Along with a plenary session, there will be several concurrent sessions held in the fields of information and electronics technology and telecommunication and machinery.

Events such as an international exhibition of innovation technology and products will also be held during the conference.

The CAE is the top engineering consulting organization in China and its mission is to promote the progress of engineering and technological sciences. Established in 1994, the CAE now has 435 academicians.
