A weekend tuition-free computer school was opened in the Mingguang Computer Plaza situated in Beijing's Zhongguancun Technology Center. A computer expert (first right) from Tsinghua University was giving a lecture on basic computer application, assembly, maintenance, software installment, on-line and other specialized knowledge.
