Business China to Improve Financial Services for Small Firms

China's central bank announced that the country will further improve financial services for small enterprises, especially small high-tech enterprises.

According to a guide released by the People's Bank of China, Chinese banks will simplify loan procedures for promising and profitable small firms and offer credit loans to those with credit rankings of 2A for three consecutive years.

Small high-tech enterprises will be granted priority for loans to promote new products and carry out technological innovation.
