China Chinese Premier Meets Thai Guests

Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji met with Thaksin Shinawatra, former Thai deputy prime minister, former foreign minister and party leader of Thai Ruk Thai in Beijing on November 10.

Zhu exchanged views with the guests on the Asian situation and China-Thailand relations.

As two countries with traditional friendly and coopertive relations, Zhu said, such a good relationship between China and Thailand witnessed a constant growing momentum.

Zhu also briefed the guests on China's domestic economic sitation.

The Thai guests are visiting China at the invitation of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs.
