Business Chinese Businesses to Attend Hanover Fair in Germany

Over 70 Chinese businesses are expected to display their products on the Hannover Fair 2000 which is scheduled to hold in March next year in Hannover City of Germany.

Since China first appeared at this annual fair for mechanical engineering, electric automation and information technology in 1987, the number of Chinese exhibitors has been increasing year by year.

"Chinese exhibitors will not only have opportunity to get suitable partners at the fair, but also acquaint themselves with latest trend and technology of the world industry," said Carsten Fricke, senior project manager of Deutsche Messe AG, the organizer of the fair.

It was learned that the fair will focus on factory automation, materials handling and logistics, surface treatment, subcon technology, energy and research and technology.

A total of 7250 exhibitors will show their latest products on an area of 284,000 square meters.
