Business Promising Prospect of Sino-Russian Economic Cooperation

The cooperation between Russia and China in trade has a bright future, Andrei Kostin said today.

Kostin, chairman of the Russian Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs, said that Russia and China are highly complementary in their economy, and further expanding bilateral economic cooperation will be conducive to both economic development in both countries.

Kostin said that to strengthen such cooperation will require establishing a banking system. He has promised to improve efforts to introduce China's investment in Russia's industry.

The bank, called Vnesheconombank in Russian, is the first Russian bank to be professionally involved in close trade and economic cooperation with China.
