World’s largest creative exhibition draws thousands in San Francisco

San Francisco, May 18 (People’s Daily Online)--Maker Faire, world’s largest exhibition of fun, creativity, innovation and enterprise attracted hundreds of thousands at the San Mateo County Event Center in the San Francisco Bay Area on May 17 and 18.

All the makers including tech enthusiasts, crafters, hobbyists, engineers, artists, students, and commercial exhibitors showed their products at the fair. It’s said that a record of 195,000 people attended the two flagship Maker Faire in the Bay Area and New York in 2013, sixfold of that in 2006 when the Maker Faire was launched.
