Life changes of the Yellow River immigrants in 30 years

Located in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, Dali County is one of the three immigrants' counties in the country. More than 100,000 immigrants in six towns had returned to the reservoir area. After 30 years' development, the immigrants' lives have undergone great changes.

39 villages get their roads hardened, the water problems in 104 villages have been solved, and 67 villages are equipped with irrigation facilities. The cultural, educational, and welfare affairs have achieved rapid progress.
