Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said on Friday, in the wake of successful China visits by the prime ministers of Russia, India and Mongolia, that China is committed to enhancing mutual trust with neighboring countries.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev arrived in Beijing on Tuesday for an official visit to China.
During the visit, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Medvedev held the 18th regular meeting of Chinese and Russian heads of government.
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh paid an official visit to China from Tuesday to Thursday, marking the first time since 1954 that the prime ministers of China and India have visited each other within the same year.
Mongolian Prime Minister Noroviin Altanhuyag is also paying an official visit to China from Tuesday to Saturday.
Hua said the complete success of these visits has further advanced China's relationship with the three nations.
The Chinese government has always attached great importance to developing relationships with neighboring countries and firmly adheres to the diplomatic policy of being a good neighbor and partner, she said.
China is committed to comprehensively developing relations with neighboring countries, deepening and expanding pragmatic cooperation with them so as to achieve mutual benefit and common development, according to the spokeswoman.
