BEIJING, May 8 (Xinhuanet) -- "Hello, Chinese netizens!"

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu opened an exclusive online interview with Xinhuanet with greetings in Chinese on Wednesday.

“I saw the opportunities between Israel and China,” continued Netanyahu, who is on a five-day official visit to China at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.

As the second China visit in office, he saw the big differences of 15 years. "China performs particularly well, and I see the tremendous development with great admiration, I see with great interests," Netanyahu noted.

"The future will belong to those countries that can make conceptual products, products of the mind." he said, adding, “This is the purpose that I came here.”

"I believe that Israel can be a perfect partner of China. China is a globally economic pal. And Israel is a global center of R&D. And I think we can complement each other to secure the market of tomorrow," he said.

He pointed out that what is most valuable for the economic growth in the 21st century will be the ability to produce conceptual products.

"But we lack of skills," Netanyahu admitted, saying, "We're seeking our partnership."

With China's global rich and Israel's concentration on scientific and technological superiorities in many fields, that would be a perfect partnership, he noted, saying, "We want to be your genuine partner."

On the potential side of the bilateral cooperation, he stressed the importance of civilizations, saying the Chinese and Israelis are very similar in many ways: values of family, education and scholarship.

"The Jewish and Chinese people have great minds. If we share the capabilities what I've seen here in the last 50 years. I think we'll go well beyond into a very bright future." Netanyahu said.

He hoped that China and Israel can merge their strength of great minds. "With great admiration for China and for Chinese civilization, we see a lot of common characteristics. We both strive for excellence. Let's succeed together," he noted.
