Vincent C. Siew arrives in Haikou for Boao Forum

Vincent C. Siew (C), honorary chairman of the Taiwan-based Cross-Straits Common Market Foundation, arrives in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan Province, on April 5, 2013.
