The year 2013 marks the 35th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee in 1978, when the epoch-making “Reform and Opening Up” policy was initiated. The policy has transformed the outlook of China in many profound ways, lifting its economy and international status, as well as changing the life of each and every Chinese national.
