As of Nov. 20, the demolition of an illegal rooftop 'rock villa' in Beijing has been going on for 100 days. But the demolish work shows no apparent progress.

A rock-covered, tree-surrounded villa illegally built on the top of a 26-storey building in Beijing has been dubbed "Beijing's most outrageous illegal structure". On Aug. 15, the local authority has ordered to tear the bizarre edifice down in two weeks, but the work on the high-rise building can only done by manual labor, and only one elevator can be used, bringing difficulties to the demolition work.

City management department said that the demolition work is expected to be finished at the end of November.
