A regiment under the Lanzhou Military Area Command (MAC) of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) conducted an actual-troop live-ammunition drilling on the plateau which is over 4,500 meters above sea level, in a bid to temper the troop's combat capability in high-altitude regions.
