Conference terminal used in CPPCC session

An electronic terminal, which looks like a tablet PC, was put into use at the second session of the 13th Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), on Jan. 11, 2013.

With this terminal, the committee members can submit proposals on site and query information. At the same time, a large number of papers are saved. The committee members shall return the terminals belonging to the Nanjing Municipal Committee of CPPCC after the expiration of their terms. In future the terminal will enable the committee members to telecommute, so as to encourage them to perform their duties more actively. (Chinanews/Yang Bo)
