Review system of gov't decisions to improve

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has pledged to improve a system that reviews the legitimacy of major government decisions and documents.

According to the full text of a key reform decision released by the CPC Central Committee Friday, a legal advisory system will be promoted to cover the country and a mechanism will be set up to assess the progress of the rule of law.

According to the decision, the country's record review system for laws, rules and regulations, as well as government documents will also be improved.
