National hockey tournament to be held in Yangon

The National Hockey Tournament will be held as the Pre-SEA Games Test Match at Theinbyu Turf Hockey Pitch in Yangon later this month, according to Myanmar Hockey Federation Monday.

Organized by Myanmar Hockey Federation, the tournament is scheduled to take place from Oct.27 to 30.

Myanmar A, Myanmar B and Thai teams will take part in the tournament.

Under the fixture, Myanmar A will play Thailand on Oct.27, Myanmar B face Thailand on Oct.28, Myanmar A meet Myanmar B on Oct.29 and the match between the first and second position teams on Oct.29.
