Caofeidian coal wharf put into use

Caofeidian coal wharf, on the coast of northern China's Hebei province, was put into operation on Monday. Construction of the coal wharf started in August 2006. The wharf comprises 10 coal terminals varying from 50,000 tons to 150,000 tons. It is a key project to help transport coal from northern to southern China.
